НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ Дозатор предназначен для дозирования сухих сыпучих веществ в стеклянную, полимерную или бумажную тару.
КОНСТРУКЦИЯ
Управление дозатором осуществляется промышленным контроллером, который получает сигналы с электронных весов.
Оператор устанавливает на весы порожнюю тару и нажимает кнопку «ДОЗА». Дозатор производит обнуление тары и дозирует заданную дозу.
Для наполнения посуды разной высоты бункер с дозирующим устройством необходимо поднять или опустить на соответствующую высоту.
Дозатор может комплектоваться несколькими дозирующими узлами для различных диапазонов дозы.
Скорость дозирования регулируется частотным регулятором.
В ходе наполнения тары основная часть дозируется на повышенных, а досыпка на пониженных оборотах шнека.
Бункер оборудован ворошителем и воронкой загрузочной.
В зоне горловины наполняемой посуды дозатор оборудован щелевым устройством для подключения местной аспирации.
Конструкция дозатора позволяет выполнять разборку его узлов без использования инструментов.
